Group Discounts for Agency Members
mParks offers special discounts for agencies registering multiple Full Delegates as an incentive to support staff development across entire teams.
Coordination and Process To qualify for the discount, all registrations must be completed before January 15, 2027. Each agency must identify a primary contact person to coordinate its registrations. As registrations are submitted, mParks staff will verify the total number of paid registrations per agency to determine eligibility for complimentary package(s). Once eligibility is confirmed, the Membership Engagement Coordinator will issue a complimentary registration code to the designated agency contact. Complimentary registrations:

Daily Pass Options

A Daily Pass is available for Tuesday, February 2 and includes all educational sessions that day, as well as access to the Welcome Reception, Opening Session, and Tuesday Night Social.
Daily Passes are available for Wednesday, February 3 and Thursday, February 4.
Each pass includes access to all educational sessions and lunch for the selected day, as well as entry to the Trade Show (open both days). Included Meals:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Refunds for the Conference & Trade Show will be issued for written cancellations received by January 15, 2027, less a $50 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 15, 2027, or for registrants who do not attend.
- Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual within the same agency at no additional cost if requested in writing by January 22, 2027.
