Member Rates
Current members of mParks receive reduced registration fees for events, programs, and services. Membership dues must be paid in full to qualify for member pricing. Attendees must log into their mParks account at the time of registration to receive the reduced rate, as price adjustments cannot be made once registration is complete. Individuals who are not members of mParks are required to pay the full registration fee at the time of purchase.
Registration Policy
A registration must be completed for each individual attendee.
Discounts and Promo Codes
Promo codes must be applied during the registration process. They cannot be applied after a registration has been completed, and only one promo code may be used per registration.
Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy
mParks reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel education, training, and/or events. mParks reserves the right to deny or revoke an individual’s registration or participation in any event if, in the judgment of mParks, participation could result in harm to the individual, other attendees, or the overall event experience.
Cancellation
If mParks cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. However, mParks is not responsible for travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred by participants related to attending any event.

Conference Representation Policy
To ensure fairness and alignment with mParks membership guidelines, conference attendees may represent only the organization listed in their mParks member profile.
If you wish to represent or promote another organization or company, that entity must be formally registered as a Trade Show Vendor, and you must be listed as a contact on that vendor’s membership profile. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain an equitable and professional conference experience for all participants.
