In April 2022, mParks conducted a Salary Survey. The goal of the survey was to provide timely insights to ensure park and recreation departments are positioning themselves for success in a competitive labor market and professionals have the information they need to make career decisions.

The survey collected information regarding department budget and demographics, specific division information, salary ranges and benefits for full-time positions, as well as hourly rates and benefits for part-time positions.
