Senate Bills 76 & 280

UPDATE 6/14/2017: During today’s House Session, Senate Bill 76 with all MNRTF projects as approved by the Senate was introduced as Substitute H-2. It did NOT pass in the House. Instead, the House introduced substitute H-3 which reverted SB76 to its original version WITHOUT the additional projects and as was recommended by the MNRTF Board. It is expected that the House will vote on SB76 H-3 tomorrow. Please contact your Representative(s) and encourage them to support the latest version of the Bill, SB 76 H-3.

Should the House approve the new version, it will go back to the Senate for a vote.   We will continue to monitor the bill and advise you of any updates.
Your voices were heard by your Representative. THANK YOU and keep up the calls so that the projects approved by the MNRTF can move forward.

It’s still imperative that we continue to work diligently in opposing the amendment to Senate Bill 76 and Senate Bill 280. Please continue to call your Representatives.
