Pathways to a Healthier Michigan: Come Out and Play

In December 2014, mParks received a grant from the Michigan Health Endowment Fund to utilize public parks and recreation facilities to improve the health and fitness of Michigan’s citizens.

Through the grant, mParks is providing program partners with resources such as equipment, programming resources, and other tools to impact the health and fitness of youth, families and seniors.

mParks would like to thank each of the member agencies who submitted applications to partner with the Association on this program. mParks would also like to thank the Michigan Health Endowment Fund, for providing the grant to make this program possible. Additional details can be found in the sections below.
